Exercising with a Torn ACL – Workout Session 13
Unfortunately, I had to take a week off because I got into a scooter accident. I was being too cocky and fast on a turn. Fortunately, no one around me got hurt. It was a very stupid decision that I had made. I definitely learned a lot from this accident. I had a few bumps and bruises, road rash and some stitches on my eyebrow. The worst injury is probably my hand. I’m not sure if I have a fracture or not but there’s pain when I put pressure on it. As for exercising with a torn ACL, today’s workout session felt good. I think Eric took it down a notch after my scooter accident. I’m still out of shape. I still need to cut down on drinking and having the right diet.

- SSB (Safety Squat Bar) Squat
- bench press
- fat bar zercher good mornings
- cardio 40 mins – heart rate between 120-125 bpm
So far Eric has been helpful in my training regimen that won’t hinder or worsen my injury. As I have mentioned in my previous post, due to my injury, it’s been difficult not being able to train specifically in MMA. I’m not sure when I can get my knee fixed. Unfortunately, due to the high costs, it won’t be any time soon.
Again, I’ll try and keep these workouts updated. Hopefully some of these workouts can be of good use.
