3rd Session Torn ACL Workout As for my “with a torn ACL workout” session #3, the double kettlebell front squat and farmer’s walk was difficult.  It was difficult because I didn’t know that I had to do the 8 sets nonstop.  It just shows how bad my cardio is, I should’ve kept pushing it through.…
