Teach English Online PalFish Official Kid Course: [This information is from the PalFish app] Palfish sets the price of the course, provides materials and slides for the teachers.  Official teachers can also create your own courses, seminars and live streaming to teach non-official students and make more money.

1. Payment: (Make up to $25/hr)
   1. Base rate is ¥50 / 25 mins.  If you attend the lesson without lateness, you can get an extra ¥5 as a bonus.  If the student did not attend, the ¥5 bonus will not be granted no matter teacher was late or not.
   2. Tiered payment:
      1. For teachers who teach over 100 lessons in a month, the next month’s base rate will be raised to ¥55 per lesson.  (E.g. if you attended a lesson without lateness, the total payment would be ¥55 + ¥5 bonus = ¥60.) Anticipated revenue: $912+
      2. For teachers who teach over 150 lessons in a month, the next month’s base rate will be raised to ¥60 per lesson. (E.g. If you attended a lesson without lateness, the total payment would be ¥60 + ¥5 bonus = ¥65.) Anticipated revenue: $1481+
      3. For teachers who teach over 210 official kids lessons in a month, the next month’s base rate will be raised to ¥65 per lesson. (E.g. If you attended a lesson without lateness, the total payment would be ¥65 + ¥5 bonus = ¥70.) Anticipated revenue: $2248+
2. Rewards
   1. New teachers can get a ¥100 reward for buying props.
   2. Teachers can get a ¥200 bonus when a student joins PalFish after having a trial lesson with you.
   3. Attend a lesson without lateness can get a ¥5 bonus.
   4. Teachers who have perfect attendance (No absence, no lateness and no cancellation) in a month can get a ¥200 bonus.
3. Requirements
   1. Teaching certification preferred (TEFL, TESOL or others)
   2. Have experience in teaching kids
   3. Native English speakers from Australia / U.S. / U.K. / Canada / Ireland / N.Z. with a neutral accent
   4. Can be online for more than 10 hours per week (between 6:00-9:00pm)
